For home health providers, one of the many impacts of the COVID-19 was a sudden drop in patient referrals. Eventually, however, a nationwide effort to shift more care into the home led to a sharp increase in referrals for the home health industry.

In a recent webinar hosted by WellSky, Mike Gregory, Intrepid USA’s Chief Patient Advocacy Officer, discussed how the company leveraged technology tools to improve referral partnerships and communication gaps amid the pandemic.
