John M. Kunysz, Jr. joined Intrepid USA Healthcare Services in April 2018 as the company’s President and CEO. He is responsible for leading the organization’s ongoing growth initiatives, with an emphasis on delivering personalized patient and family-centered care.
Under John’s leadership, Intrepid USA was named the 12th largest provider of home health care services in the country. He is a visionary executive with more than 30 years of diverse experience in healthcare services and clinical settings, including electronic health records and patient experience leadership in acute care, physician group practice and home health care environments.
Prior to joining Intrepid USA, John was the Founder, President and CEO of PatientARTx, a patient FinTech company providing hospitals and physicians with on-demand patient financial treatment surpassing their clinical care, and the Co-Founder, President and CEO of IntelliHARTx, a leading healthcare revenue cycle provider focusing on patient balance services, registration, insurance follow-up and patient financial experience optimization for hospitals and physicians.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting & Marketing from San Diego State University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant and Board Certified Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Dr. Bob Parker joined Intrepid USA in October 2018 as the EVP of Operations – Hospice at Home, Sr. Clinical & Compliance Officer. In this role, he ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services to Intrepid USA patients across the healthcare continuum and risk mitigation across the enterprise.
With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Parker brings extensive clinical and leadership expertise in hospice, home health, and palliative care. He has been on the front lines of community-based palliative care program development, leading several successful programs on a national scale. Dr. Parker has represented many nursing organizations through Nursing Coalition committees, and he currently serves as faculty for the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC). He is also a committee member for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Palliative Council.
Dr. Parker is certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP), a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN), and a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP). He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is currently working on his Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science at Texas Woman’s University with a focus on workforce diversity and inclusion in end of life care.
Keith Clark joined Intrepid USA Healthcare Services in September 2014 and currently serves as EVP of Administrative Services and General Counsel. In this role, Keith is responsible for all legal matters for the organization, with an emphasis on creating a seamless service experience while effectively mitigating the company’s risks across a divergent range of issues.
Keith has over 20 years of senior staff experience in both public and private environments with organizations spanning five continents and representing a variety of industries, including healthcare, distribution, staffing, franchising, and hospitality. With over 25 years of legal experience, Keith has also managed a wide range of non-legal service and operational departments. He began his career at the international law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Keith also served as Chairman of the Board of the Visiting Nurse Association of Dallas, in addition to six years on the VNA’s Executive Committee of its Board of Directors.
Keith received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. He also attended the University of Texas at Austin for both his Juris Doctor and his Master of Business Administration.
John Shrieves joined Intrepid USA Healthcare Services in July 2014 and currently serves as the VP of Financial Excellence. In this role, he is responsible for all accounting and financial operations.
John began his tenure with Intrepid USA as the Corporate Enterprise Controller. He brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and forecasting, internal audit, credit and collection, management information systems and operations management. Before joining Intrepid USA, John held financial leadership roles with The Expo Group, an exhibition and events partner helping organizations grow their attendee, exhibitor and sponsorship revenue, and Omniflight Helicopters, Inc., a leader in air medical services and support.
John served in the United States Navy for 24 years and is a retired Lieutenant Commander. As the Officer in Charge for the Cargo Handling Battalion Thirteen (NCHB-13), a commissioned unit, he oversaw the flexible support of logistics in the form of transportation and supply support globally, where needed by the United States Military. During his tours with NCHB-13, John was awarded two Naval Achievement Medals and the Battle “E” Medal for best battalion type in the Fiscal year 1996. He also received the prestigious award of Junior Officer of the Year for NAVELSF in the Fiscal year 1995, and the Navy Commendation Medal for superior operational performance in support of active duty commands worldwide. John earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Kimberly Reimann joined Intrepid USA Healthcare Services in February 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Clinical Excellence and Integrity.
Kim brings an abundance of experience in post-acute care to Intrepid USA. In her current role, she oversees the clinical operations of the Hospice at Home division. Prior to joining Intrepid USA, Kim served as the Corporate Director of Training and Development for Interim HealthCare of Texas & New Mexico.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler. She is a registered nurse and a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA).
Jennifer Timm joined Intrepid USA in June 2016 and currently serves as the Senior Director of People, Talent and Development. In this role, she oversees all aspects of talent acquisition, onboarding, people engagement, payroll, and talent development for the enterprise.
With almost 15 years of human capital management experience, Jennifer brings extensive knowledge of recruitment and talent development. Prior to joining Intrepid USA, Jennifer worked for WilsonHCG where she managed a team of recruiters and sourcers responsible for placing sales, operations, industrial, engineering, healthcare, financial services, information technology, and marketing professionals with companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500 organizations.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Sociology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Bridget Marshall joined Intrepid USA Healthcare Services in October 2019 as the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle. In this role, Bridget is responsible for optimizing revenue generation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Bridget brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and billing in acute and post-acute care settings. Before joining Intrepid USA, she served as the Co-Director of Financial Services for Interim Home Health and Hospice of West Texas.
Bridget attended Amarillo College in Amarillo, Texas. Additionally, she is an active member of the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) and the Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice.
